Wisconsin is requiring licensing of elevator mechanics and elevator apprentices which begins July 1st, 2008.  Credentials are required on January 1, 2009. Mechanics need the elevator mechanics license form,we can witness it for you. Apprentices need the apprentice registration form,and a copy of indentureship in our apprenticeship.
